Growy is a micro-learning Mobile App to help you upskill daily and excel in today's fast-paced world. With our vast library of micro-courses and bite-sized learning snippets, you can effortlessly expand your knowledge in business, design, entrepreneurship, and lifestyle—all within 10 minutes or less per day!

Project Brief

 

The scope of the project was to develop a solid platform for micro learning such as content writing, graphic design and a lot more which can help users to upscale their knowledge. We have worked from design to development and final delivery on the app store with regular maintenance services as well.

Faced Challenges

 

There were a lot of challenges as such the app was using some of very complicated 3rd party services for some core functionality such as video player from 3rd party which was not as smooth as the users were expecting therefore we have built our own video players to play the videos and watch course content. The other was the gamification concept with the help of a point system (currency kind of) that was toughest among all.

Project Approach

 

The project was managed using Agile methodology principles, responding effectively to the client's demanding deadlines and budgetary limitations. To address these challenges, we formed a dedicated full-time team consisting of two mobile app developers, two backend developers, one QA engineer, and a designer. Despite these constraints, we successfully delivered all project milestones on schedule within the allocated six-month timeframe. The application was launched in January 2023, meeting and exceeding all client expectations.
