The project scope involved designing the app for the user, service provider and the dashboard of the administrator. The whole idea was to start from wireframing to delivery of the app with all 3 types of users. The team was responsible for the database architecture, server deployment and a complete maintenance program for the Help You App.

Real time chatting module was one of the challenges of the app which we have come over after implementing the socket programming. After implementing the socket programming, the communication via chat was instant and real time without any lag during messaging.
