The Fantasy Sports scope was to provide users with an immersive and engaging experience by allowing them to create and manage virtual sports teams. Key features include team creation, player drafting, league participation, real-time stat tracking, and social interaction. Users can compete against friends or join public leagues to showcase their managerial skills and win exciting prizes.

Faced Challenges

 

One of the toughest challenges was to get the real time data using the hooks & lambda functions but with the implementation of some custom socket we have successfully got the real time data per second and implemented it in the application to provide a real score and point table.

Project Approach

 

The project was executed following the principles of Agile methodology, as the client faced tight deadlines and budget constraints. To meet these challenges, we assembled a full time dedicated team comprising two mobile app developers, two backend developers, one QA engineer, and a designer. Despite the constraints, we successfully completed the project within the stipulated six-month timeframe, delivering all milestones on schedule. The web application was successfully launched in August 2022, meeting all client expectations.
