Project Brief

 

CryptoXchange client has contacted SoftSource to migrate an existing web application from php to the React & node to make it more robust and secure. The team of frontend and backend developers has worked on a strict Agile process to get the figma designs to a real time application with a proper load testing and performance testing to make sure the web application is working properly with total 1M active users.

Faced Challenges

 

The project was strictly an agile methodology based project as such the client was having a tight deadline & budget as well. Therefore the launch 1, we added 2 frontend, 2 backend and 1 QA engineer along with a part time designer to finish this project in a 6 months timeframe with the limited budget. All the deliverables were fulfilled on the given deadline, the web application was launched back in September 2023.

The overall monthly transaction increased from 500k USD to 800K USD worth (crypto currency) in just a month since the launch.
