Project Brief

 

The client already had a stock trading website but they were not very happy with the performance and the compatibility of the website with the devices therefore they were looking for a web application restructuring for performance optimization. We had worked along with our designer, frontend and backend developers to design a complete layout of the website with a full mobile responsive design using bootstrap to get the website compatible with all the handheld devices. We also implemented memory management and cache management for the faster response.

Faced Challenges

 

The main challenges the project was having is more into compatibility & usability of the website using bootstrap as such converting huge websites like Boldwin was very difficult.

Addressing these challenges required us to work closely along with our HTML expert & frontend developer to leverage the bootstrap capabilities and implement some javascripts codes to have a pixel perfect fully mobile responsive web application for the client. For the performance issue, we have implemented a caching mechanism using Memcached to make the trading faster.

Beginning with an in-depth discovery phase, our team meticulously examined the client's needs, pinpointed areas of improvement, and outlined the project's scope. Moving into the planning stage, we meticulously outlined project milestones, crafted a detailed timeline, and established clear communication channels to facilitate seamless collaboration. During development, our focus remained on both front-end and back-end aspects, ensuring optimal performance and a seamless user experience.
