Our Agile process has helped the client to seamlessly get the project to life with a competitive budget. The project was from scratch, starting from requirements gathering to final execution including a team of 7 resources and a few QA engineers to perform the quality checks for all the functionalities for the project.

Faced Challenges

 

One of the challenges was to integrate 3rd party media players to run the courses/videos smoothly without any compromise on the compatibility but with the continued development we have come over the problem. Some other challenges were more into connecting the stripe account on the system with some custom scripts and auto payments.

Project Approach

 

The approach on the project was more into a dedicated team based as such the fixed price project was a bit risky as such the end client was not fully aware of some of the essential features which may lead to huge investment. The team of 7 resources has dedicatedly worked on the project and finished in 6 months.

The project adhered to a stringent Agile framework to address the primary requirements of the project, bolstered by robust communication and project management tools.
