ColleagueView is Pure Mobile and mobile operator independent application with built-in switchboard functions, which will increase customer satisfaction and business efficiencies.

Our Creative Team has helped the client from the Netherlands to craft his ideas into a real time mobile application using Ionic framework. As soon as the user logs in to ColleagueView a list of all users from the corporate directory is shown on the screen. Each user's availability is displayed in real time by means of a coloured icon indicating the user's availability.

Improving Profile Status Synchronisation

Sign up

This app allows users to sign up using business email or business phone to make sure the user’s mobile status and email data can be easily sync. Users may also sign up using the cell phone number.

Authentication

App allows users to authenticate themselves using one time password and sign in without any risk. The app uses firebase for authentication purposes.

Status

App uses the background process to keep checking the user’s cellphone status along with the calendar as well to keep updating the user’s status on his profile screen with the colour notation such as green which shows availability, red which indicates unavailability.

Profile

An important feature of the app that shows the details of the users with the name, phone, email address and his title. The profile screen also shows the current status with the time & date with Appointment details and duration.

Other Features

Instant Messaging

Connect instantly with our in-app messaging. Stay in touch, share updates, and chat effortlessly within the app. You can send text messages to the connected users in the app without any charges.

Profile Sharing

The feature allows users to share each other's profile using a single click. Profile sharing option is available via text message, via email, via whatsapp as well.

Group Chat

The feature allows users to create a group, add members and start a chat with them with simple texts and emojis. The Group chat can have one or more members.

Thread Messaging

This feature allows users to select a specific thread from the messages sent from the recipient and respond back to that specific thread only.

Block/Unblock

This feature allows users to block or unblock any requests they have on the application. The users can also remove the users from their list from the same screen.

Notification

This feature allows users to keep themselves updated from the requests they would receive from anyone who is trying to contact them via phone or email or waiting in a meeting room.
