Hungry Me is a food ordering app with a delivery option which allows you to order food anywhere from the world at any time with competitive prices and free delivery. Hungry Me has inbuilt AI assistance which suggests you food comparing your past orders and the current weather & your mood.

The overall scope involves 4 main actors of the app, those are user app, driver app, restaurant app and the web application for the administrator. The scope contains the design, development, QA, Delivery and the monthly maintenance services of the ios and android applications.

Faced Challenges

 

One of the challenging features of the app was to track the order and track the driver which we have successfully implemented with the help of google map APIs and a few other implementations.

Project Approach

 

The project was adeptly guided by Agile methodology principles, allowing us to effectively navigate the client's rigorous deadlines and budget constraints. To tackle these challenges head-on, we assembled a committed, full-time team comprising two mobile app developers, two backend developers, one QA engineer, and a designer. Despite the constraints, we meticulously met all project milestones within the allocated six-month timeframe. The application was successfully launched in April 2023, surpassing all client expectations.
